The team spent day 4 chilling out, and giving their road worn legs a small break from the daily grind of touring. The area surrounding St. Kassian proved to be perfect for low key hiking, and some high adrenaline paragliding. Between hiking the trails and flying like birds with their paragliding instructors the team reached a heavenly altitude of 2240 meters.
To put a finer touch on things the team received a one on one cooking tutorial from renowned chef Norbert Niederkofler at the local Michelin star rated restaurant St.Hubertus.
